The channel feed is watched every ~30 minutes — whenever a new full-length upload appears on YouTube, a "New Upload" draft lands here; approving it creates the episode and auto-drafts show notes + clip candidates. The scheduler also runs: week-in-review (Tue), pre-show brief (Thu), ops check (daily) — in season. Nothing publishes without your approval here. Guardrails: agents work strictly from the episode transcript / model data (never outside knowledge), every quote and timestamp is verified against the transcript — failures show a ⚠ banner — and API usage is capped at 12 drafts/day with duplicate-run protection.
