If you're not getting better, you're getting worse. Do I think the Celtics got better this offseason? No.

For a team that finished as a three seed and lost LeBron, I still put them at the top of the West. I don't think they're above OKC. I don't think they're above San Antonio, but when you put them in the range of like Houston, Denver, Minnesota, I think the Lakers stand out pretty obviously.
