Why

The Texans are coming into this season with the best ranked Defense being top 5 in PTs Allowed as well as Passing yards Allowed. They have a much tougher schedule than last season and have a better ideal run game trading for Monty, I think they get 11 wins

The Texans have never missed the playoffs with Stroud at the helm, and that won't change going into this year. The defense has showed it can entirely win you games, and I think the worst Stroud we have seen is now behind us (hopefully).

C.J. Stroud had a weird year, finishing with 3,503 yards, 21 TDs and 10 INTs, and then completely crumbled in the playoffs with 4 INTs and a 28.0 passer rating against New England. The Texans’ defense was scary, allowing just 17.4 PPG (2nd) and 275 YPG (3rd). Adding David Montgomery could make the offense more balanced, but the schedule is VERY competitive, and I see several teams having the upper hand. 9-8.
