Minnesota Vikings 2026 Predictions
Where we have them finishing
- Nick: 8-9
- Nico: 13-4
- Brooklyn: 10-7
Why
The Vikings are coming into Week 1 with a clear QB1, after having a season last year of a lot of questions and concerns. Their defense that was a top 5 in the league previously took a decline, but still showed some flashes of how dangerous their d line can still be. Having K1 will be a huge benefit for this offense and Jetas, but health will be a worry as Kyler is known for trying to make something out of nothing
— Nick, 8-9
The Vikings would have been a much more competitve team last year with average QB play. I think Kyler can have the Darnold success we saw in the past.
— Nico, 13-4
I honestly have no idea what this Vikings team is going to look like. The defense was 3rd in yards allowed (282.6) last year, but the offense scored just 20.2 PPG (26th). Kyler Murray played only 5 games, and now he gets Justin Jefferson, who had just 1,048 yards and 2 TDs last year. There’s real upside if it clicks, but there’s way too much uncertainty for me to go higher than 9-8 buying into a Jettas fluke year…
— Brooklyn, 10-7
