Seattle Seahawks 2026 Predictions
Where we have them finishing
- Nick: 14-3 — still alive, they are 1-0
- Nico: 11-6 — still alive, they are 1-0
- Brooklyn: 13-4 — still alive, they are 1-0
Why
The Seahawks come into this season loosing their Superbowl MVP, but are still retaining the rest of their roster which includes the leagues leader in receiving yards last season. Having a rookie RB take the reins will mean for Darnold to take more initiative throwing the ball, but has since proved last two seasons he is one of the best in the league at doing so.
— Nick, 14-3
I think we are going to see a little bit of a Super Bowl hangover from Seattle this year. I think the losses of Woolen and K9 will impact this team more then people think. While Darnold and this offense was impressive last year, teams know what they are up against now, and losses in the coaching staff should create some worry.
— Nico, 11-6
The reigning champs went 14-3 last year, scoring 28.4 PPG (3rd) while allowing just 17.2 (1st). Sam Darnold showed he can run this offense, while JSN broke out with 1,793 receiving yards. I still see them as one of the NFC’s best, but I think a few teams can shock the champs. 13-4.
— Brooklyn, 13-4
